You don’t want to initiate a claim if there isnt enough damage that it would reach your deductible. Your roofer can help walk you through the claim process and get you most for your money.
Every roof is different depending on weather and shingles and installation.
Even though shingle manufacturers say that their shingles should last 20-39 years, this doesnt take into account the crazy Texas weather. The long hot summers, hail, wind and other factors can bring the life of your roof to a early end.
Proper ventilation can help the roof last longer.
If you are concerned that your roof my be reaching its life span have a qualified roofing expert do an inspection.
You are responsible for the deductible.
We can allocate some of the items on the claim that are not necessary to repair and put them towards the deductible if necessary.
We also offer a interest free payment plan for the deductible.
Yes! Our referral reward program is based on the size and total of the roof or repair that is referred to us.

Yes, you will receive a workmanship warranty for your roof. This covers the workmanship that was done by our roofing installers. If we did something wrong that allowed a leak or caused damage then we will repair the work and make things right.
On top of that you will have a manufacturer warranty that covers the product that we installed on the roof. If there is a fault or isseu with the shingle/product we install the manufacturer will cover it. There are many different options and warranties for shingles. Ask your representative for more info.
While common sense if of course always used we have found that trying to time a roofing installation based on a possible hail or wind storm doesn’t work.
In Texas the plan is always that the roof is going to last you 15+ years. Trying to time the first year isn’t going to help the many years to follow. We have had customers wait half the year to install their roof only to have a storm come a week after installation.
A new roof will stand up to hail and wind a lot better then a 10 year old roof.
